International Sharing School – Taguspark is proud to celebrate the selection of Sol Gregorio, MYP 5 student, for the Dukes Foundation Youth Advisory Board — a meaningful recognition of student leadership, service, and voice within the Dukes Education community.

This distinction highlights Sol’s strong commitment to making a positive impact and her ability to lead with empathy, purpose, and integrity. Throughout her learning journey at International Sharing School – Taguspark, Sol has consistently demonstrated a deep sense of responsibility towards others, combined with intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to contribute beyond the classroom.

As part of her MYP Personal Project, Sol created Hearts & Sol, a platform through which she shares her volunteer experiences, reflections, and creative work. The project encourages others to engage in service, reflect on their learning, and understand the value of giving back to the community. This initiative reflects the core values of the IB learner profile and the mission of International Sharing School – Taguspark to develop compassionate, active, and internationally minded individuals.

In addition to her Personal Project, Sol actively participates in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, where she continues to develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills. She has also represented the school as a member of the Varsity Girls Volleyball Team, demonstrating dedication, collaboration, and commitment both on and off the court. Academically, Sol stands out for her consistency and excellence and was recognised with the Achievement Award at the end of the previous academic year.

Sol’s selection for the Dukes Foundation Youth Advisory Board was formally announced on the final day of Term 1 and presented by Matt Tompkins, representing Dukes Education. This moment marked not only a personal achievement for Sol, but also a celebration of student voice and leadership within the International Sharing School – Taguspark community.

We congratulate Sol Gregorio on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to seeing the positive contributions she will bring to the Youth Advisory Board. Her journey is a proud reflection of the values we aim to nurture at International Sharing School – Taguspark.
