October at ISS Taguspark – A Month to Remember!

ISS News

October was a month filled with energy, creativity, and community spirit at International Sharing School – Taguspark. From artistic celebrations to academic achievements and special events, our students and staff made this month truly unforgettable! 🌿💛

We began by celebrating International Music Day, highlighting the importance of creativity and artistic expression across our learning environments. Our new PYP House Leaders were also introduced, inspiring teamwork and leadership among their peers.

To mark Teachers’ Day, our wonderful PTG (Parent–Teacher Group) organised a heartfelt celebration, recognising the dedication and passion of our educators. Meanwhile, our students explored the fascinating world of architecture with a special guest session led by Mariana Cidade, who shared her expertise and enthusiasm for design and creativity.

Field experiences also played an important role this month. Our PYP5 students visited the Oceanarium, where hands-on learning brought science and sustainability to life. On campus, exciting progress continued with the renovation of our sports fields, which will soon offer even more opportunities for outdoor learning and play.

A major highlight was welcoming the Dukes Education Joint Board Meeting to our campus — a proud moment to showcase our school’s growth, innovation, and strong connection within the Dukes Education family.

We ended the month on a high note with our spooktacular Halloween celebrations, where creativity and fun filled every corner of ISS. 🎃👻

Here’s to another month of growth, joy, and community at ISS Taguspark — where learning through sharing continues to inspire every day. 🌈✨
