Viviana’s journey in education began with a degree in Sports Science and Physical Education, which allowed her to explore diverse educational environments across Brazil, the USA, and the UK. Driven by her passion for education, she pursued a master’s degree in Inclusive Education and currently, Viviana is enhancing her expertise in School Management and Leadership through a distinguished programme at Harvard Business School.

With over twenty years of international experience, Viviana takes immense pride in leading an exceptional team of dedicated educators and staff at ISS. Viviana’s leadership emphasises collaboration and innovation, ensuring that all students receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive academically and personally.
