Paula began her career in education as a teaching assistant, which ignited a passion for working with children. After exploring various fields, she returned to education three years ago. Over the past two years, she worked with Foundation 2, and this year marks a new chapter as she embraces the challenges of working with a younger age group.

The training in storytelling complements Paula’s natural talent for creating engaging narratives that foster young children’s imagination.

For her, the most important thing is to ensure that every child feels safe and valued, and her training in mental and physical well-being and safeguarding has helped Paula understand how to adapt her approach to the different ages she works with.
