Meet Isabel Costa Pereira, our Early Years Coordinator. With more than 16 years of experience in IB PYP education, Isabel brings warmth, curiosity and a thoughtful approach to early learning at International Sharing School – Taguspark.
Since joining ISS Taguspark in 2021, she has been dedicated to creating environments where children feel confident, supported and excited to explore the world around them.
As a former IB student herself, Isabel Costa Pereira values learning as a shared journey. She believes in observing closely, listening carefully and learning alongside children, nurturing their natural curiosity while guiding them as they develop independence and confidence.
Isabel’s work reflects the heart of our Early Years community — strong relationships, joyful learning and a culture built on collaboration and care. Through her leadership, young learners are encouraged to grow not only academically, but also socially and emotionally, laying the foundations for lifelong learning.
