Paulo Carvalheiro is a P.E. and Health graduate who completed observation hours in the United States.

He has lived in both England and the USA, giving him a unique international perspective. More than academia, Paulo loves to cook and takes great pride in being supportive of his younger siblings.

His life philosophy seems to come from the view of simplicity, with the help of his motto: “K.I.S.S: Keep it simple, stupid.”
