Lidiane Oliveira’s journey began in hospitality, a fast-paced field that matched her early love for dynamic, ever-changing environments. With a degree in Tourism and a Master’s in Hospitality Management, she never anticipated that volunteering at a primary school in 2014 would completely shift her career path.

Starting as a teaching assistant specializing in ESL support, Lidiane soon transitioned into teaching English. Committed to becoming a classroom teacher, she earned an international Post Graduate Certificate in Education (iPGCE) from the University of the West of England.
