Lidiane’s journey began in hospitality, a fast-paced field that matched her early love for dynamic, ever-changing environments. With a degree in Tourism and a Master’s in Hospitality Management, she never anticipated that volunteering at a primary school in 2014 would completely shift her career path.

Starting as a teaching assistant specializing in ESL support, Lidiane soon transitioned into teaching English. Committed to becoming a classroom teacher, she earned an international Post Graduate Certificate in Education (iPGCE) from the University of the West of England.

At ISS, Lidiane brings her passion for teaching and her diverse background to create an engaging learning environment.

Fun Facts

Lidiane is a self-taught sewist with a passion for creating unique projects that showcase her creativity. She once ran a business transforming recycled wine corks into notice boards, merging sustainability with functionality. Additionally, she always chooses dessert before the main course!
