Ana Carolina Martins completed a vocational course in educational assistance in 2005 and has dedicated the past eighteen years to working with children, including six years at ISS. Her experience primarily involves supporting children up to ten years old, but more recently, she’s been focused on working with younger children—a role she thoroughly enjoys.

Outside of work, Ana Carolina loves spending time with her son, going on walks to explore the outdoors. She’s also passionate about cooking Portuguese dishes and unwinding with a good movie. Her warmth and commitment make her a valued member of the team at ISS.
