Carla Lopes graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education from ISEC (Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciências) in 2007. Since then, she has worked in Portuguese schools for the past 17 years, primarily with children aged 0 to 5.

In recent years, she has increasingly focused on working with younger children and has been at International Sharing School – Taguspark since 2020.

Throughout her career, she has pursued further training in early childhood education and special educational needs.
