Matthew Harris is originally from Australia and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching with a specialisation in Mathematics and Economics. Before beginning his teaching career, he worked as a Policy Adviser in Australia. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
He has taught Mathematics (IGCSE and DP) and Economics in international schools in India, Indonesia, Belgium, and Portugal. With more than a decade of teaching experience, Matthew Harris has a particular interest in supporting students to develop positive learning habits and to appreciate both the beauty and the practical value of mathematics and statistics.
